Chain Mail International has had a banner year; the tanking economy is proving an unexpected boon for the firm’s time-honored business — creating and forwarding chain letters. Through the lens of the firm’s holiday party, we get a glimpse into the inner workings of the business, and come to see that as progress moves relentlessly onward, not everyone will be sharing in the group’s success.
Building on past successes, Toubohu teamed once again with writer Robin Brande and director of photography Jesse Achtenberg for “Please Forward,” produced by Pam W. Coughlan and directed by William R. Coughlan. Produced from May 1st through the 3rd, “Please Forward” marked Tohubohu’s fifth year (and sixth entry) in the 48 Hour Film Project, and premiered at the AFI Silver Theatre on Friday, May 8th.
